Becoming who we are hopefully is as breathtaking as the purity and wonder that moments in early life formed in our expression. Have you ever met someone who others might call extravagant, over the top, peculiar, unusual , yet these words never are weapons to that person but rather the wardrobe they proudly wear because they are just comfortable in their own skin. Early in life we sometimes think of these behaviors and expressions as embarrassing to us to be around, yet as we come into mid life , we are going into life’s closet and putting on our own wardrobe that is comfortable to us. Style is chosing the best of our nature and wearing it out in the world. Its easy to follow a trend but to step into the world every day as your own person takes style.

"Advanced Style" Trailer
Advanced Style was a documentary that was so touching to watch this past month. The women in it have such a incredible outlook on life and shine in their glory when discussing what makes them happy. My mother during her years on this earth was classy and exemplified style.
DC Cowboys at Capitol Pride- Lady Gaga Medley
Take one part style (Lady Gaga) and one part men who can rock to Gaga's Music.Incredible. There is something to be said that they are a stylish talent. I would say this takes the concept of chorus to a different dimension. How much healthier would we be if we did dance numbers like this every week! Makes me miss country line dancing.

Grin and Bear it Flavor
This group caputured my attention a few years ago recreating moshups up some great classics to new lyrics and beat. They hit the scene with a video called Bearforce 1 that has wonderful moves simplicity, lighting, and well groomed features for its singers. On their return appearance to youtube I notice that as "beards and grooming" have swept the nation so has it transformed these singers only a few years later. A bit more stylish and masculine grown up look. Their music still continues to take me back to the 80's and 90's of a different era of club I never got to experience.
A Face That Says Many Things
I came across this jpeg discription on Pinterest.com about beard types and the treatment they require. Who knew that there was so much to facial care. However I do think one beard does not fit all men or women for that matter. Every face has different jaw lines foreline structures and cheek lines bring a different character to short, long, thick or thin beards. What does it say about a person?
